Custom settings
System settings offer a wide range of options for managing and configuring Passwork. They are designed to provide the best possible user experience and improve security while using Passwork.
On the Custom tab of System settings, you can create custom settings for individual users and roles and arrange them in order of priority:
Click on Create a new settings group, then choose a name for your custom settings, add roles and users and customize the settings:
1. Enter the name for your custom settings 2. Add users and roles 3. Add settings 4. Delete custom settings
Add users and roles by clicking on the Add users and roles button.
1. Select the appropriate tab 2. Click the plus icon to add users or roles 3. Click the minus icon to remove users or roles 4. Click Save to confirm the changes
After adding the users and roles, apply the necessary settings to them:
1. Preview users and roles 2. Add and customize settings 3. Click Save
Additionally, you can set the priority for your custom settings. For instance, if one settings group prohibits a user from creating vaults while another group allows it, the setting from the higher-priority group will take effect.
