The main window of Passwork is divided into Content pane on the right side of the window, Navigation pane and Top panel.

Top panel contains the company and user name, Settings and users menu, Account settings, and quick access buttons for notifications and Background tasks.

Navigation pane allows quick access to the most frequently used sections of Passwork:

  • Search bar — quickly find the desired password by keywords and color labels.
  • Recents — a list of recently used passwords in chronological order.
  • Inbox — a list of passwords received from other users.
  • Starred — a list of passwords marked with a special color label for quick access.
  • Organization vaults — vaults that are accessible to both users and Passwork administrators.
  • Private vaults — vaults that are only accessible to their owner and the users they have added.
  • Bin — container for deleted passwords and folders.

Content pane may contain various elements depending on what is selected in the Navigation pane or Top panel.

At the bottom of the window, you can find Passwork version info, link to the Help Center, and Appearance customization menu
