in passwork you can manage vault access rights using several tools all of them can be found on the vault control panel it contains the details about users and passwords connected to the vault click on any element of the vault control panel to open the corresponding access settings 1 users, groups and requests dashboard 2\ vault access rights docid\ k94vhlrwzdvp1ktey0v0l manage user access in the vault access window, you can add or remove users from the vault, search through the user list and manage their access rights 1 go to the users tab 2\ add more users if needed 3\ search for users or filter them by access rights 4\ select users and modify their permissions manage group access in the vault access window, you can add or remove groups from the selected vault, find the necessary groups and change their access rights 1\ go to the groups tab 2\ add more groups if needed 3\ search for groups or filter them by access rights 4\ select groups and modify their permissions manage requests if client side encryption is enabled in your passwork, when adding a new user to the group, the vault administrator will need to confirm the request in the corresponding tab of access settings to see new requests, click on the red icon next to the vault's name additional access dashboard in the additional access window you can view all shortcuts and password links created within a selected vault it also provides details about all passwords that users of the vault have sent to others open a vault and click on the list of sent passwords, links and shortcuts 1 sent passwords , links and shortcuts tabs 2\ find sent passwords, links or shortcuts using the search 3\ select one or multiple items and manage their access rights you can also quickly view the access rights of each vault by hovering over the icon to the right of the vault name
